NBR

EPDM

NR (Natural Rubber).

NR or polyisoprene is natural rubber. NR is harvested mainly in the form of the latex from certain trees. Natural rubber is used extensively in many applications and products, either alone or in combination with other materials.

SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber).

SBR describe families of synthetic rubbers derived from styrene and butadiene. It is a commodity material which competes with natural rubber (SBR is a replacement for natural rubber).

NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber).

NBR is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene.

Nitrile rubber is generally resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbons (grease and oil).

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class) Rubber).

EPDM is a synthetic rubber characterized by a wide range of applications. The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance.

Caoutchouc-Rubber-Product

Caoutchouc is a polymeric material which can be derived by natural or synthetic way. Pure caoutchouc is  almost  unusable material. First step is mixing it with adequate chemicals and fillers in specific quantity ratios. Next step is curing in specially designed mold. Then you get desired rubber product with wanted properties. Edos has years of experience and knowledge how to mix caoutchouc with suitable chemicals in order to get uncured rubber. Edos has hundreds or even thousands of different recipes which can cover almost any application area of the rubber.

The basic properties that dictate formulating recipes for your needs are:
